Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators
Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this recent image drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing various sections of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
